**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and customers.
- Introduce and promote products/services to potential customers.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Provide detailed product information and answer customer queries.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and client interactions.
- Follow up on previous calls and leads to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the team’s overall goals.
- Update and maintain the CRM system with client information and call results.
- Handle objections and provide solutions to client concerns.
- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the call.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Telemarketer, Telesales Representative, or in a similar role.
- Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and English. Telugu is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent listening and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven by results.
- Must own a bike for travel and have reliable transportation.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Previous experience in sales or customer service.
- Knowledge of telemarketing strategies and techniques.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
