Account Executive

**Responsibilities**
- Work with Tally to manage day-to-day accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Receive and record cash, checks, and vouchers; reconcile bank account statements.
- Handle payroll, make purchases, prepare invoices and keep track of overdue accounts.
- Produce reports, reflecting profit and loss statements, financial statements and balance sheets
- Keep management informed and up to date through presentations and reports
- Remain vigilant against fraud and inaccuracy by checking over figures and reports frequently
- Maintain the FIRC (Foreign Inward Remittance Certificates) for all foreign transactions
- MIS (Management Information System) - Create all types of reports as per requirements of Management
- File company and personal ITRs and maintain Computations
- Maintain and file all returns like GST Returns, ESI, EPF, TDS, Professional Tax
- Daily Invoice creations
- Experience in GST ITC (Input Tax Claim) quarterly
- Coordinate with Banks

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
