**Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (Master’s preferred)**

**Responsibilities**:
**General Accounting**: Execute day-to-day accounting activities, including recording financial transactions, maintaining accurate ledgers, and reconciling accounts.

**Tax Accounting**: Demonstrate knowledge of general and tax accounting principles, staying informed about changes in regulations, and ensuring compliance with relevant tax laws.

**Computerized Ledger Systems**: Utilize computerized ledger systems to manage financial data efficiently and accurately.

**Excel Proficiency**: Possess advanced knowledge of Excel for data analysis, financial reporting, and creating spreadsheets.

**Problem Solving and Analytical Skills**: Demonstrate strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify discrepancies, investigate variances, and propose effective solutions.

**Team Collaboration**: Function well in a team-oriented environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals and contribute to the overall success of the finance department.

**Tally Prime**: Familiarity with Tally Prime software for efficient financial management.

**Requirements**:

- Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (Master’s Degree preferred).
- Knowledge of general and tax accounting principles.
- Experience with computerized ledger systems.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Familiarity with Tally Prime software.
- Understanding of GST and TDS regulations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
