**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Financial Management**: Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- **Reporting & Compliance**: Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable standards.
- **Budgeting & Forecasting**: Develop, monitor, and analyze budgets and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
- **Audit Coordination**: Manage relationships with internal and external auditors, ensuring compliance and timely completion of audits.
- **Tax Compliance**: Ensure compliance with tax regulations and oversee the preparation of tax returns.
- **Internal Controls**: Design and implement robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- **Team Leadership**: Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
- **Financial Analysis**: Conduct detailed financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related roles.
- Proficient in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and tax compliance. Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Zoho) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
Proven ability to lead and develop a finance team.
