Responsibilities/Key Skills for an

Financial accounting and reporting
Oversee the day to day accounting
operations and month end close per the
finance calendar of multiple legal entities, in
compliance with the applicable GAAP and
other regulations.
Develop, implement, and ensure routine and
GST compliances with internal financial and
accounting policies and procedures.
Tax & regulatory Management
Ensure compliance on account of day to day
business activity that pertains to Withholding
Tax / GST / Exchange Control / State Laws in
India, US and other countries of operations.
Internal Control Design
Ability to design and operate a robust
internal controls system.
Financial management
Manage cash flow and prepare cash flow
forecasts in accordance with policy.
Year End close
Responsible for closing yearly financials,
preparation of financial statements and
managing the audit with a Big 4 auditor.
Treasury Management

**CTC (fixed & variable)**: 50-55 LPA

**Urgency**: Urgent
