Job Title: Deputy Finance Controller

**Job Description**:
As the Deputy Finance Controller at Sansera Engineering, you will play a critical role in the financial management of our company. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the finance department and providing strategic financial guidance to our executive team. You will also be tasked with implementing and maintaining financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance and accuracy in all financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the Finance Controller in developing and implementing financial strategies to drive the growth and profitability of the company
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the finance department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring that the company's financial goals are met
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making at the executive level
- Manage financial audits and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
- Mentor and develop a high-performing finance team, providing guidance and support as needed
- Evaluate and improve financial processes and controls to optimize efficiency and accuracy

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance leadership role
- Strong understanding of financial management principles and practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to lead and develop a team
- Experience working in a manufacturing or engineering industry is a plus
