**Key Deliverables**:

- Budgeting and Forecasting:

- Collaborating with various departments to create and manage accurate budgets and forecasts that align with the company’s financial goals and strategic objectives.
- Monthly Rolling Forecast finalization
- Ensuring Forecast quality - Focus on realistic estimates and ensuring actions are implemented to reach forecast numbers. Raise flag in case concerns in reaching forecast numbers and explore options to mitigate risks.
- Financial Analysis:

- Conducting in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, areas of improvement and provide actionable insights to drive informed decision making.
- Ownership for Profit & Loss, Balance sheet, Working capital & Free Cash flow.
- Financial Reporting:

- Reporting & presenting of financial KPIs at a Business Segment and at a Business Area level to internal stakeholders, senior management, headquarter
- Act as trusted Business Finance partners:

- Collaborating with Business Line Managers and Headquarters on business specific assignments
- Price Monitoring
- Responsible/partnering for cost/process improvement projects specific to BL.
- Finalizing and monitoring productivity measures relating to respective BL.
- Costing guidelines review and proposing updates on periodic basis.
- Collaborating with stakeholders in India factory & related reporting.
- Process automation and improvement to enable efficiency and accuracy within finance function.
- Driving or supporting in specific Business Area level or healthcare level projects or deliverables

**Experience & Qualification**:

- CA/ICWA/MBA (Finance) and 6-8 years of experience post qualification***Excellent analytical skills, stakeholder management, communication & networking skills. Proficient in MS Excel & PowerPoint. Working knowledge in SAP preferred.
