What you will be doing:

- S/He will define and execute a strong and ethical financial operations function with strong internal controls.
- S/He will be responsible for the company's overall finance operations, reporting, business planning, financial performance, treasury management, accounting and compliance.
- Responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations, including Indian business laws, tax laws, accounting standards, and companies act.
- Develop appropriate processes to reduce tax burden. Liaise with external/internal Auditors to ensure timely and smooth closure of audits.
- Conduct regular audits and address audit findings.
- Maintain accurate financial records in MIS with supporting;
- Prepare financial reports, such as draft balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Monitor changes in financial regulations and update policies and procedures accordingly.
- Assist in the development and implementation of internal controls to mitigate financial risks.
- Provide support in financial analysis and decision-making processes.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in finance compliance.
- Review of reconciliation and getting balance confirmation on timely basis.
- Preparing schedule of payments and sharing with the management on weekly basis.

What you’ll bring along:
Experience: Minimum 7 years with at-least 2 years handling similar functions, preferably in a start-up.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and demonstrated leadership abilities.
- Internal controls and finance operations: Should have built teams and function to ensure adequate internal controls and accounting operations discipline. Should have led a team and managed end to end accounting operations.
- A Master’s Degree in Finance, Professional Finance Qualification (CA/CMA/CMA(US)/ACCA or equivalent) is essential.
- Ability to interact with stakeholders internal and external is essential.

- Excellent analytical skills, motivated, hardworking and self-driven leader.

**Salary**: Up to ₹1,000,000.00 per year
