We are rapidly growing and are looking for a motivated and empathetic **Customer Support Executive** to help us deliver a smooth and satisfying experience to our customers across India.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage order-related queries, product information, returns, exchanges, and refunds.
- Resolve complaints efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Track and follow up on customer issues until they are resolved.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics partners for order tracking or delivery issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM tools.
- Share regular feedback with internal teams to improve processes, FAQs, and user experience.
**Requirements**:
- 1-3 years of experience in a customer service or support role (E-commerce experience preferred).
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Patience, empathy, and problem-solving attitude.
- Familiarity with tools like Shopify, WhatsApp Business, and customer support platforms (like Freshdesk or Zoho Desk) is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
