Pune, India Motion HR and Business Solutions Full time

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Executive with a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in MFG, CA Firm.

**Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in MFG or CA Firm will Preferable**

**Male/Female Both can apply**
- **Key Responsibilities**:
1. Manage the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, financial planning, and analysis.

2. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.

3. Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations.

4. Manage the company's cash flow and prepare cash flow forecasts.

5. Manage the company's accounts receivable and accounts payable.

6. Prepare and file tax returns, including GST, TDS, and income tax returns.

**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance.

2.Experience with financial software and systems, including Tally, SAP, or similar, MS Office.
- **Skills**:
1.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

4. Attention to detail and accuracy.

5. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹240,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
