**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Teach and mentor students** in various fine arts disciplines, including painting, drawing, sketching, sculpture, and digital art.
- Develop **engaging lesson plans** that encourage creativity, artistic techniques, and self-expression.
- Organize **art exhibitions, competitions, and workshops** to showcase student talent.
- Guide students in **portfolio development** for higher education opportunities in arts and design fields.
- Stay updated with **new trends in art and design**, incorporating them into teaching methodologies.
- Encourage students to participate in **state and national-level art competitions**.
- Collaborate with other faculty members to integrate fine arts into the broader curriculum.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Fine Arts, Visual Arts, or a related field.**:

- Strong proficiency in **various art forms, techniques, and mediums**.
- Passion for **mentoring students and fostering creativity**.
- Ability to **organize and manage art events, exhibitions, and workshops**.
- Familiarity with **digital art tools and software** is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
