**Key Responsibilities**:
**Fine Arts Instruction**:Develop and implement age-appropriate art and creative activities that foster self-expression and imagination.
Teach various art forms, such as drawing, painting, and crafts, while encouraging creativity and artistic appreciation.

**Sports and Physical Education**:Plan and conduct physical education classes and sports activities for young children.
Promote physical fitness, coordination, and teamwork through organized sports and play.

**Playway Activities**:Create a vibrant and engaging playway environment that stimulates cognitive, social, and emotional development.
Organize and oversee playtime, storytelling, and interactive games that encourage learning through play.

**Classroom Management**:Maintain a safe and orderly classroom or play area.
Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere that encourages active participation and respect among students.

**Student Engagement**:Organize and participate in extracurricular activities, including art exhibitions, sports events, and playway sessions.
Encourage students to explore their interests and talents in Fine Arts, Sports, and Playway activities.

**Communication and Collaboration**:Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding student progress and involvement in extracurricular activities.
Collaborate with colleagues to integrate Fine Arts, Sports, and Playway activities into the overall curriculum.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Education, Fine Arts, Physical Education, or a related field.
- Experience in teaching or facilitating Fine Arts, Sports, or Playway activities for young children is preferred.
- Strong passion for working with children and fostering their holistic development.
- Effective classroom or playway management skills.
- Creativity, patience, and adaptability to engage young learners.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
