Playway Faculty Early Years - Age 2 3 to 3 Years Location YS School Perks Free Accommodation for Single Female Faculty About YS School YS School is a prestigious and well-established educational institution that has been proudly serving the community for over 45 years Known for its commitment to academic excellence value-based learning and holistic development YS School provides a nurturing and future-ready environment for students from early years to senior levels Job Overview We are looking for a warm caring and dedicated Playway Faculty to work with our youngest learners aged 2 3 to 3 years The ideal candidate must have a strong focus on child care health hygiene and emotional well-being and be able to engage toddlers through creative play-based learning experiences Excellent English communication skills are a must to interact effectively with both students and parents Key Responsibilities Early Learning Engagement Conduct daily routines and structured play activities tailored to the developmental stage of toddlers Use interactive tools like rhymes stories toys and sensory materials to support early cognitive and language development Creative and Motor Skill Development Organize basic art craft music and movement sessions Help children develop fine and gross motor skills through age-appropriate exercises and fun games Child Care Health Hygiene Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and safety in the classroom and play area Closely monitor children s health habits and comfort and report concerns to the coordinator or parents as needed Teach and reinforce daily routines related to hygiene toilet training and mealtime behavior Emotional and Social Development Build strong emotional connections with children and help them feel safe and happy in the school environment Encourage confidence sharing and good behavior through positive reinforcement Communication Reporting Maintain regular communication with parents regarding their child s progress and day-to-day activities Participate in school events parent interactions and classroom presentations Qualifications Bachelor s degree or Diploma in Early Childhood Education NTT Nursery Teacher Training or equivalent Minimum 1 year of experience working with toddlers or preschoolers is preferred Strong focus on caregiving health hygiene and daily routine management Excellent spoken English and communication skills Energetic patient empathetic and passionate about working with young children Benefits Free accommodation for single female faculty Supportive team environment and opportunity to grow within the organization Access to regular training and development programs Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 21 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Leave encashment Ability to commute relocate Barnala - 148101 Punjab Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Work Location In person
