**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Market Research and Analysis**:

- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for business growth within the healthcare sector.
- Analyze competitor activities and industry developments to inform strategic decision-making.
- **Business Expansion**:

- Identify and prioritize target markets, segments, and potential clients for business development initiatives.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to penetrate new markets and acquire new clients.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and other relevant entities.
- Understand client needs and requirements, and collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that address client challenges and objectives.
- **Sales and Revenue Generation**:

- Drive the sales process from lead generation to closure, including prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals through proactive sales efforts and effective pipeline management.
- **Collaboration and Coordination**:

- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment of business objectives and successful execution of initiatives.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions and services to clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- **Fieldwork and Travel**:

- Conduct regular visits to client sites, industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build relationships, gather market intelligence, and promote company offerings.
- Travel within assigned territory or region as needed to meet business objectives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management roles, preferably within the healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape, including knowledge of healthcare systems, providers, regulations, and trends.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours as needed.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
