We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated **Medical Representatives (Freshers)** to join our team in Bangalore. As a Medical Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, ensuring product awareness, and building strong customer relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Visit doctors, clinics, and hospitals to promote company products.
- Generate prescriptions through effective product detailing and communication.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
- Conduct market research and provide feedback on competitor activities.
- Maintain accurate records of visits, sales, and customer feedback.
- Attend training sessions to gain in-depth knowledge of products.

**Skills Required**:

- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and networking ability.
- Confidence and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical/medical terms will be an added advantage.
