Production engineers are responsible for creating production schedules and plans based on customer orders, project requirements, and available resources. They coordinate with other departments to ensure timely completion of manufacturing tasks and efficient use of equipment and manpower.

Production engineers work to optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance quality. This may involve identifying bottlenecks, implementing lean manufacturing principles, and streamlining workflows to increase productivity and throughput.

Ensuring the quality of electrical panels is a crucial responsibility of production engineers. They develop and implement quality control procedures, conduct inspections and tests at various stages of production, and address any non-conformists or defects to maintain high standards of quality and reliability.
