Electrical Maintanance

**1. Preventive & Predictive Maintenance**
- Implement scheduled maintenance plans to prevent electrical failures.
- Conduct routine inspections of electrical panels, wiring, lighting, and equipment.
- Ensure UPS, generators, and backup power systems are operational.

**2. Equipment & Asset Management**
- Maintain kitchen equipment such as ovens, fryers, refrigeration units, etc.
- Ensure all electrical appliances meet safety and operational standards.
- Keep an inventory of electrical spare parts and tools.

**3. Breakdown & Emergency Response**
- Quickly diagnose and repair electrical failures to minimize downtime.
- Maintain an emergency response plan for power failures or equipment malfunctions.
- Coordinate with external vendors for complex electrical issues.

**4. Energy Efficiency & Cost Control**
- Monitor and optimize power consumption to reduce energy costs.
- Implement energy-saving initiatives like LED lighting and efficient power usage.
- Identify and report opportunities for cost-effective energy solutions.

**5. Compliance & Safety**
- Ensure all electrical installations comply with local regulations and industry standards.
- Conduct safety audits and ensure proper grounding, insulation, and fire prevention measures.
- Train staff on basic electrical safety and emergency response.

**6. Documentation & Reporting**
- Maintain records of electrical repairs, maintenance schedules, and equipment warranties.
- Report major issues to management and suggest preventive measures.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
