- Proficient in handling escalated calls and providing level 1 Technical Support to end-users.
- Management of user accounts in the AD as well as assign access rights and permission to use internet facility, AD account unlock, Management of distribution lists and Security groups, Creating and routing of tickets related to Active Directory issues.
- VPN access management and troubleshooting.
- Overall IT onsite support for India end users.
