Job accountability (PMO cum automation analyst): ? Produce executive reports for Group CIO and his leadership team ? Good understanding of project governance controls & KPI?s ? Understand client requirements ask questions document SOP?s & maintain existing documentation / logs / registers ? Advanced automation across multiple tools (predominantly Microsoft package & backend databases) to optimize efficiency or to develop models/simulators ? Handle automation defects & errors efficiently conduct research and proactively network where necessary to bring in required technology expertise ? Document automation procedures for sustainable maintenance & hand overs Must have skills: ? Advanced automation: Linking Excel to data lakes advanced VBA codes automated transfer data from Excel to PPT sending automated emails via Ms Outlook ? Handling large data: Ability to understand & analyse organization wide and diverse data sets related to project delivery resources finance etc. & accurately respond to queries ? Highest quality standards: Attention is detail & quality of output is a non-negotiable since most of the deliverables are for IT ExCo ? Self organized & multi tasking skills: Strong self-planning skills to meet strict timelines & ability to work under pressure by structurally prioritizing work ? Excellent verbal & written communication: Good interpersonal skills able to liaise and at times influence other departments outside of immediate hierarchy to drive outcomes ? Strong judgement: Ability to look at data/reports and share feedback on content quality. Understand/learn the domain big picture and produce customer centric outcomes ? Build lasting relationships withing and outside the team ? High integrity standards while dealing with data of differing classifications
