Profile Introduction:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Logistics Coordination**: Coordinate transportation, shipment, and delivery schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective distribution of goods.
- **Inventory Management**: Maintain accurate inventory records, monitor stock levels, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure optimal inventory levels.
- **Process Improvement**: Identify areas for process optimization and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
- **Documentation and Compliance**: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate documentation for shipments, inventory, and operational procedures.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams such as procurement, sales, and warehouse personnel to optimize logistics and operational workflows.
- **Problem Solving**: Address logístical challenges and troubleshoot operational issues to ensure seamless operations.

**Requirements**:

- **Strong Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with internal teams and external partners.
- **Analytical Skills**: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve processes.
- **Detail-Oriented**: Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in logistics and operational tasks.
- **Problem-Solving**: Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve logístical and operational challenges.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- **Software Proficiency**: Familiarity with logistics software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, TMS, WMS) is a plus.
- **Languages:

- **English, Hindi, Marathi
