Procurement & Logistics Manager - India

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Procurement and Logistics Manager to join our team in Hyderabad India. This individual will be responsible for the purchasing of goods and services and the efficient flow of products from origin to final delivery, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely fulfillment while maintaining high-quality standards. ResponsibilitiesPreparation of RFQ, and Purchase OrderMonitoring and Control of Materials’ InventoryEnsure all materials are supplied to site as per requirement.Liaison with suppliers to ensure all materials are received on time and negotiation for better payment Collaborate with Operations Manager to determine material requirements for projects. Ensuring they fall in line with project milestonesAddress any issues or concerns that may arise with suppliers, such as delays or quality problems.Conduct regular supplier meetings and audits to ensure compliance with quality requirements.Maintain the Procurement Files and records.Search for suppliers that can provide good quality materials better payment terms and lower price.Build and maintain strong relationships with material suppliers In charge of Logistics activities as follows: a. Import and Export of materials b. Liaison with shipping companies, suppliers and consignees for shipments and collection of materials outside UAE c. Ensure all shipments are monitored and materials are delivered on timeQualificationsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in a procurement or logistics management role, with a strong understanding of supply chain operations. Experience with logistics and procurement software and proficiency in Microsoft Excel is highly preferred. Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, growing environment.
