Department Sales & Marketing /Sales Coordinator
REPORTING TO - Sales Manager
- Location Surat
- ( VESU OR SAROLI)
Education: Any Graduate/MBA/PG
Experience: Min. 2-3 years Pay Scale: INR 30K to INR 35K

JOB ROLE
- Maintain organised sales records and weekly report to the senior management and sales team
- Maintain collection report and debtor list for sales team to minimize the deviation on payments and receivable on time
- Attend sales inquiries and create supporting documents to help sales team to generate business Reply on received inquiries and follow ups for given quotations and keeping all records
- Maintain order booking records to support sales team to completing orders on time and keeping customers informed for any delays and delivery dates
- Monitor the inventory and inform to sales team for sale
- orders by phone and coordinate with internal department for any query from customers
- Establish active communication and engagement with sales team / manager to ensure that orders are processed promptly Maintain and update all records on CRM.
