**Hiring: Bench Sales Recruiter (US IT Staffing)**
Location: [Remote / Onsite - Warangal]
Shift: Night Shift (EST/PST timings)
Experience: [Freshers]
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Market bench consultants (H1B, GC, OPT, CPT, H4-EAD, L2-EAD, etc.) to existing clients and new vendors.
- Maintain relationships with Tier 1 vendors, implementation partners, and clients.
- Negotiate rates and ensure timely placement of consultants.
- Track submissions, interviews, and closures effectively.
- Use job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder) and social media (LinkedIn) for marketing.
- Coordinate with recruiters and consultants for interview preparation and onboarding.
**What We’re Looking For**:
- Good understanding of US tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience with bench sales is a plus.
- Freshers with strong communication & interest in US staffing can also apply.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
