**Role : US IT Bench Sales Recruiter**
**Location**:_**Madikonda**_**, Kazipet, Warangal (ONSITE)**
**Mode : Work from Office**
**Experience : 2+ Years required**
**Responsibilities**
- Advertise open requirements on online job portals and social media websites to attract applicants
- Schedule and coordinate interviews
- Devise new, innovative approaches to outreach and selection
- Recommend updates to current recruiting practices based on market research and new trends
**Qualifications**
- managing full cycle recruiting process to meet the various staffing goals across all technologies
- Experience working in IT Staffing environment with the ability to handle multiple requirements a day
- Experience with Application Tracking Systems
- Experience in sourcing consultants in technologies including but not limited to ERP, BI/BW, Front End/Back End, Web/E-Commerce, Oracle Tools, Mobile Apps and QA
- Experience working with advanced recruiting techniques and employment policies
- Extensive experience working with online job portals including Dice, Monster and Career Builder with ability to write search strings using Boolean method
- Sound knowledge of US Visa Classification including H1B, L1, B1, T1N1, EAD Green Card and OPT
- Sound Knowledge of Tax Terms including W2, 1099 and Corp to Corp
- Should be able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Outstanding organization, communication, management and presentation skills
- Strong attention to detail & highly processes oriented Industry
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- US shift
**Language**:
- English (preferred)
Ability to Commute:
- Warangal, Telangana (required)
Ability to Relocate:
- Warangal, Telangana: Relocate before starting work (required)
