**Role Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Strategic Recruitment**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy to attract top talent in line with company objectives.
- Utilize a mix of traditional and innovative sourcing channels to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer acceptance.
- Focus on reducing time-to-fill metrics while maintaining high-quality hires.

**Partnership and Collaboration**:

- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their team’s needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.

**Process Enablement**:

- Participate in and lead recruitment process improvement projects.
- Implement best practices and streamline recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

**Communication and Representation**:

- Demonstrate excellent communication skills in all interactions, both internal and external.

**Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I)**:

- Drive DE&I initiatives within the recruitment process to ensure a diverse and inclusive workforce.
- Partner with internal DE&I teams to align recruitment practices with the company’s DE&I goals.

**Talent Acquisition Partner & Advisor**:

- Provide market insights and talent intelligence to hiring leaders, aiding in strategic decision-making.
- Act as a trusted Talent Acquisition partner and advisor, offering expert guidance on recruitment trends, challenges, and opportunities.

**Qualifications**:
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 7-12 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the product development or technology sector.
- Proven experience in building and scaling product teams.
- Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and ability to drive improvements in time-to-fill and quality-of-hire.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
- Passion for DE&I and experience implementing DE&I recruitment strategies.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
