Role: Talent Acquisition PartnerLocation: Bengaluru/ Hyderabad/ GurgaonFunction: Human Resources | Talent AcquisitionWe are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner (TAP) to drive recruitment excellence across India. In this role, you’ll collaborate with business leaders to design and execute talent strategies that attract exceptional professionals, primarily within the Technology domain.You’ll be a trusted partner, ensuring consistency in global hiring processes while fostering innovation in sourcing, candidate experience, and employment branding. The role also offers exposure to emerging hiring trends, market insights, and recruitment technologies beyond India.Key Responsibilities:Partner with hiring managers to define sourcing strategies and manage end-to-end recruitment delivery.Build and nurture proactive talent pipelines aligned to current and future business needs.Lead creative sourcing initiatives across direct channels, referrals, and digital platforms.Drive data integrity, reporting, and recruiting metrics through Workday.Conduct candidate interviews and assessments to ensure a robust, competency-based process.Collaborate with HR and divisional teams on inclusion, branding, and strategic talent initiatives.Provide market intelligence on hiring trends, competitor movements, and salary benchmarks.Required Experience & Skills:Proven experience in technology recruitment, with strong knowledge of tech stacks (e.g., Java, Snowflake, C++, Cloud, Network).Must have at least 5 years of experience in full lifecycle recruitment.
