**Job Title**: Export CRM (Customer Relationship Manager)
**Location**: Panchkula, Haryana
**Department**: Export/International Department
**Reporting To**: MD

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for international clients post-sales.
- Coordinate with the export, logistics, and accounts teams to ensure timely order processing and dispatch.
- Prepare and manage export documents like Proforma Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, COO, etc.
- Track shipments and share updates with clients regularly.
- Maintain accurate customer records and ensure data entry in CRM or ERP systems.
- Assist in managing customer feedback, complaints, and claims processes professionally.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure product availability and export compliance.
- Support in after-sales service and follow-ups for payment collection.
- Maintain MIS reports related to order status, client interactions, and performance metrics.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
