**Position
- Jr/Sr academic counselor(EdTech Sales)**

**Salary 3Lpa to 6Lpa plus 25k to 40k Incentives**

**Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers with the aim of converting leads into sales.
- Handle incoming calls from prospective customers and provide information about the company's products or services.
- Utilize effective sales techniques to influence customers and close sales.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the organization.
- Handle customer objections and offer solutions to meet their needs.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers in the CRM system.
- Follow up on leads and maintain communication with potential customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction at all times.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in online sales and revenue generation
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication English or Hindi.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of sales techniques and strategies.

- 9.30 to 6.30**

- Monday to Saturday**
