**INTERVIEW PROCEDURE**: 3 Rounds

**SKILLS REQUIRED**:Consultative Selling experience in high value product/service Edtech/Financial
Services/Any B2B domain/
- Experience in 1-1 Coaching/1-1 Career Counseling
- Experiences in Soft Skills Training/Technical Training/Sales Training
undergraduate/university level admissions

**Other Key Competencies required**:

- Should be able to reflect active listening skill
- Should be a very fluent communicator
- Should be able to empathize with the learner and reflect non-judgemental
approach
- Should be able to articulate/speak simple and clean language while
speaking Should have good quality of voice (soothing) and should be able
to do voice modulation
- Should be able to focus and possess good observation skill
- Always curious to know/learn more and have an interrogative mind
- Should posses ability to motivate and build rapport

**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Coach learners using online platforms/phone calls as per the
schedule based on scheduled sessions
- Help Prospective learners get clarity about their career path
using powerful career coaching techniques and tools
- Counsell potential learners on program related queries
- Speak to potential Learners( collaborate with the sales team)
and help solve their career-related doubts to drive the
enrolment of new learners
- Collaborate with the Admission counseling team to help
follow up with Prospective learners to drive enrolment
- This role would involve Enrollment targets which the coach has to achieve in
collaboration with the admissions counselors

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- total work: 7 years (preferred)
- Soft skill/Technical/Sales training: 6 years (required)
- B2B sales: 3 years (required)
- Career Coach: 6 years (required)
