**We are hiring Senior Accounts Payable Executive**

**Work Location : Vanagaram**
- Salary : 25,000 to 30,000
- Experience : 4 - 7 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable
- Qualification : Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (B.Com/M.Com preferred)

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Invoice Processing**: Verify, code, and process invoices in the ERP system in accordance with company policies and terms.
- **Purchase Order Matching**: Match invoices with purchase orders and goods received notes (GRNs), flag and resolve discrepancies with the procurement or warehouse team.
- **Vendor Reconciliation**: Perform periodic reconciliation of vendor statements to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
- **Payment Processing**: Schedule and process payments (NEFT/RTGS/Cheque) while maintaining proper documentation.
- **Aging Reports**: Maintain accurate AP aging reports and ensure timely clearing of outstanding payables.
- **Audit Support**: Provide necessary documentation and support for internal and external audits.
- **Vendor Management**: Maintain and update vendor master data, ensure timely communication with vendors regarding payment status.
- **Cost Center Allocation**: Allocate expenses to appropriate departments or cost centers for budgeting and analysis.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Preferably in a manufacturing Industry experience added advantage
- Proficient in using ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, Tally, or similar
- Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and other regulatory compliance related to vendor payments
- Good MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
