Job Summary:
An Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for managing and processing all company invoices, ensuring accurate and timely payments to vendors, maintaining financial records, and supporting the overall financial operations of the company. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a thorough understanding of accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Invoice Processing**: Review and verify invoices for accuracy and compliance with company policies, match invoices with purchase orders, and enter invoice details into the accounting system.
- **Payment Management**: Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments, handle check runs, and ensure timely payment of invoices to avoid late fees and maintain good vendor relationships.
- **Vendor Relations**: Communicate with vendors to resolve any discrepancies, answer inquiries, and maintain positive relationships.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate and organized records of all transactions, including filing invoices, payment confirmations, and other relevant documentation.
- **Reconciliation**: Reconcile accounts payable transactions, resolve discrepancies, and generate monthly reports to ensure accuracy of financial statements.
- **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
- **Expense Reports**: Review and process employee expense reports, ensuring adherence to company policies and proper documentation.
- **Support Audits**: Assist with internal and external audits by providing documentation and explanations as needed.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in the accounts payable function.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
