We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate journalist to cover the dynamic and evolving world of imported wines and spirits. This role requires an individual with a deep understanding of the liquor industry, trends, and global market dynamics. The journalist will be responsible for creating engaging, well-researched, and insightful content for industry publications, digital platforms, and social media channels.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Research, write, and publish high-quality articles, reports, and features on imported wines and spirits.
- Conduct interviews with industry experts, sommeliers, brand ambassadors, distillers, and importers.
- Stay updated on global liquor market trends, regulatory changes, trade agreements, and emerging brands.
- Attend industry events, tastings, trade shows, and press launches to gather insights and network with key stakeholders.
- Analyze consumer behavior, market demand, and competitive landscape for imported liquors.
- Develop compelling storytelling angles to engage readers and enhance brand presence.
- Collaborate with photographers, designers, and editors to produce multimedia content.
- Manage and update digital content, including website articles, newsletters, and social media posts.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in journalism, particularly within the liquor, food & beverage, or luxury lifestyle sectors.
- Strong research and investigative skills with an eye for detail.
- Excellent writing, editing, and interviewing abilities.
- Knowledge of wine and spirits, including production processes, appellations, and industry terminology.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with SEO and digital content best practices.
- Experience with social media management and audience engagement strategies is a plus.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certification in wine & spirits education (e.g., WSET, CMS, or equivalent).
- Existing network within the liquor and hospitality industries.
- Multimedia storytelling skills (video, podcasts, photography).
