**Position: Operations Executive**

**Location: New Delhi**

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work with operations head and support with all documentation and communication related to wine import procedures.
- Work with operations head for efficient custom clearance, transport arrangements port to custom bonded warehouse and to distributor/s warehouse for imported wines.
- Monitor and track import shipments, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to import regulations.
- Manage and monitor inventory and keep the management informed of overall inventory summary, stock levels, and need for replenishments at both custom bonded and distributor warehouses.
- Daily and Monthly Reports reflecting the sales and inventory status.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or any field.
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in inventory management, excel sheets, CRM platforms.
- Experience in the wine/alco-bev industry is an asset.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Initiative-driven skills

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹4,000,000.00 per year
