Key Responsibilities:

- **IT Equipment Inventory Management**:

- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of IT equipment, including procurement, tracking, and disposal.
- Implement and maintain accurate systems for tracking IT assets, including serial numbers, specifications, and relevant technical details.
- Work closely with IT teams to understand product lifecycles and ensure proper stocking levels.
- **Supply Chain Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with procurement teams to manage relationships with IT suppliers and optimize the supply chain for hardware and software components.
- Ensure timely receipt and accurate documentation of IT-related shipments.
- Coordinate with vendors to address issues related to quality, lead times, and product specifications.
- **Inventory Optimization**:

- Utilize data analysis and forecasting to optimize inventory levels, preventing shortages and minimizing excess stock.
- Implement inventory control measures to reduce discrepancies, damages, and obsolescence.
- Implement and manage systems for the efficient storage and retrieval of IT assets.
- **Technology Integration**:

- Utilize inventory management systems and IT asset tracking technology to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate IT asset tracking solutions into the overall inventory management system.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:

- Generate regular reports on inventory performance, highlighting key metrics such as turnover, fill rates, and obsolete stock.
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends and provide insights for decision-making and process improvement.
- **Compliance and Documentation**:

- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards related to the handling and storage of IT equipment.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all IT inventory transactions.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in IT Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory management within the IT industry.
- Solid understanding of IT equipment and software products.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
