**Experience Required**: 3-5 years in Sales, Marketing, Logistics, Dispatch, or Supply Chain roles
**Industry**: Automotive / Manufacturing

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create and manage daily dispatch schedules aligned with customer requirements.
- Arrange vehicles for dispatch from multiple locations.
- Share daily dispatch mails with logistics partners.
- Coordinate with transporters and update Transport MIS.
- Track and update delivery status from godowns.
- Handle POD updates and maintain records.
- Perform daily invoicing as per dispatch schedule and customer-specific needs (DC Invoicing).
- Prepare E-way bills in alignment with invoicing and delivery challans.
- Manage invoicing and Tally entries for various locations including AFM and other unit.
- Coordinate invoice preparation with PDIR and production team.
- Monitor logistics stock and daily production stock status.
- Assist sales plan preparation.
- Generate and update sales reports.
- Create Sales Orders (SO) in ERP and ensure order follow-up.
- Maintain and share 4M Change Record Sheets with customers.
- Monitor customer-specific QPPM and analyze rejections.
- Update CSR (Customer Specific Requirements), SQM (Supplier Quality Manual), and VPR (Vendor Performance Reports).
- Prepare and manage supplementary bills, monthly outstanding details, and business schedule follow-ups.
- Handle specific billing such as Unitech Monthly Bills, Kathua Bills, and logistics bills.
- Update GRN details and AFM pending orders.
- Maintain other relevant documents as needed for audit or compliance.
- Ensure timely communication and coordination with all stakeholders—internal departments, transporters, and customers.

**Key Skills Required**:

- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, and ERP systems
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities
- Knowledge of logistics processes and documentation
- Familiarity with transport billing, stock management, and quality documentation

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain, Commerce, or related field
- Experience in automotive or manufacturing industry
- Familiarity with GST, e-Way bills, and dispatch compliance
