**Job Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)**

**Experience Required**: 5+ years in finance leadership, preferably in distribution, automotive, or retail sectors

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the financial strategy, planning, and forecasting activities.
- Monitor and manage cash flow, working capital, and capital expenditure.
- Oversee accounting, taxation, statutory compliance, and audits.
- Analyze financial performance and provide actionable recommendations to management.
- Manage banking relationships, credit lines, and financial negotiations.
- Evaluate investments, cost structures, pricing, and profitability.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting (MIS, P&L, Balance Sheet, etc.).
- Drive financial discipline, internal controls, and process improvements.
- Support strategic decisions on expansion, vendor management, and partnerships.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and legal consultants.

**Requirements**:

- Qualified **Chartered Accountant (CA)** or MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
- Minimum **5-8 years of experience** in financial leadership roles.
- Experience in **distribution, retail, automotive, or trading businesses** preferred.
- Strong knowledge of **accounting principles, taxation laws, and financial regulations**.
- Proficient in **financial software and ERP systems** (ERPNext experience is a plus).
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
