- 17- 25 years (5+ years within a capacity of CFO or senior leadership role)

Reporting
- Chief Executive Officer / Managing Director

Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our finance function and drive financial strategy across the manufacturing business. This role involves strategic financial planning, risk management, compliance oversight, and enabling operational excellence through financial insights. The CFO will work closely with the CMD and business unit heads, ensuring financial stability and strategic agility for sustainable growth.

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs):
1. Financial Strategy & Business Partnering
- Define and execute long-term financial strategy aligned with business goals.
- Evaluate and support strategic initiatives including capex, automation, and expansions.
- Drive product-level profitability and pricing decisions through financial modeling.

2. Costing & Inventory Control
- Implement and monitor standard costing systems and plant-level cost controls.
- Ensure accurate inventory valuation and reconciliation (raw material, WIP, FG).
- Lead cost optimization and wastage reduction initiatives.

3. Budgeting, Forecasting & MIS
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes across units.
- Deliver timely MIS and financial dashboards with variance insights.
- Track key business KPIs such as EBITDA, CCC, and margin trends.

4. Accounting, Audit & Compliance
- Oversee accounting processes in line with IND-AS and Companies Act.
- Ensure timely statutory, internal, and cost audits with clean reports.
- Maintain compliance with GST, Income Tax, PF/ESIC, and other regulations.

5. Treasury, Working Capital & Fund Management
- Manage cash flows, debt servicing, and optimize fund utilization.
- Control working capital through receivables, payables, and inventory cycles.
- Maintain strategic banking relationships and negotiate credit facilities.

6. Risk, Taxation & Legal Oversight
- Monitor operational and financial risks with robust mitigation plans.
- Lead all tax-related matters including GST, assessments, and litigation.
- Review contracts and capex proposals for financial risk and structuring.

7. Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Build and lead a high-performing finance and plant accounts team.
- Promote collaboration across corporate and plant finance functions.
- Drive a culture of governance, accountability, and continuous improvement.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,200,000.00 per year
