**Requirements**:

- _**Expertise with English language concepts/topics at school level (ICSE & CBSE)**_
- _**Proficiency/fluency in English language (writing, speaking and reading)**_
- _**1 to 2 years of experience with teaching ICSE and/or CBSE - English language content**_**:

- Freshers with BA and MA English Literature degree are welcome**_

**Responsibilities**:

- Developing and implementing engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards
- Delivering interactive and student-centered lessons to improve language skills in reading, writing, speaking, and listening
- Designing and administering tests, quizzes, and assignments to evaluate student progress
- Providing constructive feedback to students to help them improve their language proficiency
- Maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Managing student behaviour and encouraging participation through effective teaching strategies
- Fostering vocabulary building, grammar comprehension, and pronunciation improvement
- Encouraging critical thinking and communication skills through discussions and debates
- Identifying students who need additional help and providing extra support or remedial lessons
- Offering academic and career guidance where necessary
- Maintaining accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress reports
- Communicating with parents and guardians regarding student performance
- Communicating deadlines, timelines, lead times and priorities to team members
- Planning work schedules ahead of time in concurrence with team members and other leaders
