Requirements:

· Expertise with English language concepts/topics at school level (ICSE & CBSE)

· Experience as an English language teacher at school level (ICSE & CBSE)

· Proficiency/fluency in English language (writing, speaking and reading)

· 1 to 2 years of experience with teaching CBSE - English language content

· Freshers with BA and MA English Literature degree are welcome

· Acute attention to detail

· Excellent communication and coordination skills

· Willingness to relocate to Visnagar, Gujarat

· Basic knowledge, skills and working functionality awareness for Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

· Strong work ethic and high work quality standards

Responsibilities:

· Developing and implementing engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards

· Delivering interactive and student-centered lessons to improve language skills in reading, writing, speaking, and listening

· Designing and administering tests, quizzes, and assignments to evaluate student progress

· Providing constructive feedback to students to help them improve their language proficiency

· Maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom environment

· Managing student behaviour and encouraging participation through effective teaching strategies

· Fostering vocabulary building, grammar comprehension, and pronunciation improvement

· Encouraging critical thinking and communication skills through discussions and debates

· Identifying students who need additional help and providing extra support or remedial lessons

· Offering academic and career guidance where necessary

· Maintaining accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress reports

· Communicating with parents and guardians regarding student performance

· Communicating deadlines, timelines, lead times and priorities to team members

· Planning work schedules ahead of time in concurrence with team members and other leaders
