**About the role**:
As a Data Integrator (Mid-Level), you will be responsible for designing and implementing data solutions that align to our top business objectives. We are seeking a knowledgeable and talent individual who will collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality integration solutions in a timely manner. These data integration solutions will then be distributed to key business partners, providing seamless data compatibility and accessibility across the organization. Your contributions will help business partners and leaders have access to data that is necessary to performing their daily responsibilities.

In this role, you will be a part of the PDT Digital Insights and Analytics team. This team drives business insights through IT data analytics techniques such as pattern recognition, AI/ML, and data modelling, to analyze and interpret the organization’s data with the purpose of drawing conclusions about information and trends. This role will work closely with the Data Integration Junior. This role will align to the Data & Analytics chapter of the ICC.

This position will initially report to the Data Engineering Tech Lead for strategic direction.

**How you will contribute**:

- Utilize cloud platforms and tools (i.e., IICS and DMS) to collect data from multiple sources and integrate findings into the data hub.
- Extract, transform, and load data from various sources including databases, API’s, and flat files.
- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and system testing of data integration solutions to ensure accuracy, consistency, quality, and reliability.
- Support standardization, customization and ad hoc data analysis and develop the mechanisms to ingest, analyze, and clean data.
- Help implement processes and systems to drive data reconciliation and monitor data quality, ensuring production data is always accurate and available for key stakeholders, downstream systems, and business processes.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure all solutions are lined to architectural and requirement specifications.
- Define data requirements, gather and mine large scale of structured and unstructured data, and validate data by running various tools in the Big Data environment.
- Coordinate with team members to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data integration issues by analyzing logs, debugging code, and working with cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and data scientists to understand data requirements and create data integration solutions using Informatica IICS.

**Minimum Requirements/Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
- At least 3 - 5 years of development experience in ELT/ETL tools, primarily IICS, SQL, data integration, or related field
- Experience building, implementing, and understanding data and system requirements for using dimensional data modelling and development and optimization of ETL pipelines
- Experience in designing and implementing data integration solutions, leveraging enterprise, solution, platform, and data architecture standards
- Demonstrated understanding and experience using:

- Informatica IICS and related tools such as PowerCenter, Cloud Data Integration, and Cloud Application Integration
- Data storage systems (i.e., AWS S3, AWS RDS, Databricks)
- Enterprise workload automation solutions (e.g., Tidal)
- AWS integration services (i.e., DMS)
- DevOps and continuous integration
- SQL, Pyspark, Python
- Experience working with various data sources including databases, API’s, and flat files
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including storytelling and interacting effectively with multifunctional teams and other strategic partners
- Strong problem solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills; passionate about solving business problems
- Quick grasp of requirements and the ability to translate into technical solutions
- Ability to design and work in complex analytical systems
- Ability to stay relevant with latest technological systems and advancements; including how it applies to the Life Sciences industry
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business priorities
