We are currently seeking a System Integration Advisor to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

We are seeking a talented and motivated Software Engineer to join our Software-Defined Vehicle (SDV) development team. This role involves working on next-generation vehicle platforms, integrating advanced software solutions for autonomous driving, connectivity, electrification, and user experiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize automotive software systems that meet industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Software Development:

- Develop and optimize software for real-time automotive systems, including ECUs, ADAS, and autonomous driving functions.
- Write efficient, maintainable, and testable code in languages like C++, Python, or Rust.

2. System Integration:

- Work with hardware and software teams to integrate sensors, actuators, and communication protocols (e.g., CAN, LIN, Ethernet).
- Collaborate on the development of Vehicle-to-Everything (V2X) communication systems.

3. Connectivity and Cloud Integration:

- Develop software for connected vehicle ecosystems, including telematics, OTA (over-the-air) updates, and IoT platforms.
- Work with cloud services to enable real-time data exchange and remote diagnostics.

4. Model-Based Development:

- Use tools like MATLAB/Simulink for designing and simulating control algorithms.
- Transition from models to production-grade embedded software.

5. Testing and Validation:

- Perform software-in-the-loop (SiL), hardware-in-the-loop (HiL), and vehicle-level testing to ensure reliability and performance.
- Conduct debugging and resolve issues in embedded and distributed systems.

6. Compliance and Safety:

- Ensure adherence to automotive standards such as ISO 26262 (functional safety) and ASPICE.
- Work on cybersecurity measures to protect vehicle systems.

7. Collaboration:

- Participate in agile development processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Contribute to technical documentation, code reviews, and design discussions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related field.
- Proficiency in C/C++ and/or Python. Experience with Rust or Java is a plus.
- Knowledge of real-time operating systems (RTOS) and embedded systems development.
- Experience with automotive protocols such as CAN, LIN, FlexRay, or Ethernet.
- Familiarity with ADAS and autonomous driving technologies (e.g., LiDAR, radar, sensor fusion).
- Understanding of AUTOSAR, ROS, or similar frameworks.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and IoT integration.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Hands-on experience with QNX, Linux, or Android Automotive OS.
- Exposure to Vehicle-to-Everything (V2X) technologies.
- Certification in functional safety standards like ISO 26262.
