We are currently seeking a Systems Integration Advisor to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

**The Role**

The Mulesoft Support Tech Lead will be leader engineer responsible for undertaking support, maintenance and small change tasks on the client Mulesoft services and platforms for a large NTT DATA client in the Banking industry. This role will lead the service technically, from taking the technical transition of the API estate from the current 3rd party support team to helping establish a fully fleshed out service.

The person playing this role will build working relationships with key client technical staff, incumbent and NTT DATA stakeholders.

The role will report into the Delivery Manager for the respective NTT DATA account.

**The Opportunity**
- Single point of contact for the CLIENT.
- Responsible for L2 and L3 production support including Corrective, Preventive, Adaptive and Perfective maintenance.
- Coordinator between client (includes various internal stakeholders) and offshore support team.
- Act as single point of contact for the support SLAs and KPIs
- Transition MuleSoft support from incumbent vendor to NTT DATA
- Help our client with monitoring of APIs and Mule apps (both technology and process side, proactive monitoring with machine learning).
- Help our client with implementation of static code analysis for automation of code reviews.
- Help client with implementation of automated integration tests.
- Recommend on how to manage the capacity (licensing considerations) of MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.

**The Person**
- Mulesoft Certified Developer or Mulesoft Certified Integration/Platform Architect
- At least experience of 2 full Mulesoft project or managed services engagements
- Strong knowledge of REST API best practices and API contracts with RAML
- Strong experience of other integration methods (RPC, Event-Drive, static apps)
- Good understanding of MuleSoft Deployment/Physical architecture (On Prem, on Cloud and Hybrid) - MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (On-Premise / CloudHub)
- Experience in hands-on troubleshooting, maintenance and development of MuleSoft Integrations, experience with transition of services
- Able to lead support team of 2-5 mid-level and junior resources.
- Experience in Maven/Jenkins/Anypoint Studio/Munit
- Understanding of MuleSoft DevOps support and capabilities.
- Nice to have: experience of integrating with enterprise COTS, SaaS platforms and custom developed apps
- Share knowledge inside the dev team, promote engineering culture
- Attention to detail, client facing experience, results oriented, analytical thinking
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Confident leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage project and service stakeholders up to a senior level with confidence.
- Strong analysis and troubleshooting capability

- Effective time management skills; with the ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously requiring experience with prioritizing tasks due to shifting priorities, fluctuating workloads, and deadline pressures.
