**Job Summary**:
The Relationship Manager (RM) is responsible for managing and growing existing client

relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and providing insurance solutions to

clients. The RM will work closely with internal stakeholders, including underwriters, claims

teams, and other support functions, to deliver exceptional customer service and drive

business growth.

**1. Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with

SME/Non-Motor clients & agents, understanding their business needs, and providing tailored

insurance solutions.

**2. Business Development**: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, both from

existing clients & agents and new prospects, to drive revenue growth.

**3. SME Product Knowledge**: Stay up-to-date with SME/Non-Motor insurance products,

market trends, and regulatory changes to provide expert advice to clients & agents.

**4. Risk Management**: Work with SME/Non-Motors clients & agents to identify and mitigate

risks, providing guidance on risk management strategies and insurance solutions.

**5. Policy Servicing**: Ensure timely and accurate policy issuance, renewal, and servicing,

responding promptly to client & agents queries and concerns.

**6. Internal Collaboration**: Work closely with underwriters, claims teams, and other internal

stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services to SME/Non-Motors clients & agents.

**7. Sales Target Achievement**: Meet or exceed sales targets, expanding the SME/Non-Motor

client & agent base and increasing revenue.

**Requirements**:
**1. Education**: Bachelor's degree.

**2. Experience**: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably in a

relationship management or sales role, with a focus on SME/Non-Motor clients & agents.

**3. Insurance Knowledge**: Strong understanding of SME/Non-Motor insurance products,

including property, casualty, liability, and workers' compensation insurance.

**4. Communication and Interpersonal Skills**: Excellent communication, negotiation, and

interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with SME/Non-Motor

clients & agents and internal stakeholders.

**5. Sales and Marketing Skills**: Proven sales and marketing skills, with the ability to identify

and pursue new business opportunities.

**6. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills**: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with

the ability to analyze complex SME/Non-Motor clients & agents needs and develop

tailored solutions

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
