- **Strategic input in Pricing of Motor products to improve profitability of the portfolio.**:

- **Monitoring of Motor Portfolio ODLR & COR.**:

- **Performance evaluation of Intermediaries.**:

- **Analyse and evaluate new developments and trends in the market to establish an overview and support in product enhancement and development including support in risk evaluating, quantifying and mitigating.**:

- **Contribute to the development, planning and execution of company strategy (including but not limited to profitability, underwriting, marketing, etc) in line with group strategy and goals.**:

- **Responsible for achieving the top line and the bottom line of the branch for Motor line of business in accordance with the prescribed guideline.**

**Skills & Competencies**:

- **Good product knowledge in all segments of Motor.**:

- **Good understanding of numbers/analytics with a sense of business/risk.**:

- **Good communication & coordination skills to interact & collaborate with multiple functions.**:

- **Good presentation skills with ability to engage with seniors & making effective strategic recommendations**:

- **Relationship building and conflict management.**:

- **Should be proficient in MS office.**

**The Job requires extreme command over computer and must have good communication and understanding on Motor Insurance Products.**
