We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented individuals for the position of Telecaller. This is a work-from-home role that requires strong communication skills to connect with potential customers and achieve sales or lead generation targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to customers to promote products/services and address inquiries.
- Identify potential leads and convert them into sales or qualified leads.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets as assigned.
- Follow up on customer inquiries and leads to ensure conversions.
- Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions.

**Skills Required**:

- Strong verbal communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach.
- Ability to manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
- Prior experience in telecalling or sales is an advantage.
