We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with strong experience in **Figma**to join our design team. You will be responsible for designing intuitive and engaging user interfaces, conducting user research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand user needs and business goals.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma to visualize design concepts.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
- Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across products.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.
- Present design concepts and rationale to team members and stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
- Proficiency in Figma and other design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch).
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design process and completed projects.
- Understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with responsive and mobile design.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end development is a plus.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and best practices.
