**Job Title: UI/UX Designer**

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented **UI/UX Designer** to join our team. You will be responsible for crafting intuitive and engaging user interfaces, improving user experiences, and collaborating closely with developers and stakeholders to bring digital products to life.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design user-centric interfaces and experiences for web and mobile platforms.
- Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
- Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to enhance product usability.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and marketing teams to deliver polished final designs.
- Maintain consistency of brand identity and visual language across all platforms.
- Stay up-to-date with UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven UI/UX experience with a strong portfolio of work.
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design, usability principles, and responsive design.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS and a basic understanding of front-end development is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Knowledge of prototyping tools like InVision or Marvel
- Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments
- Motion/interaction design basics (a plus)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
