**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **User Research & Analysis**: Conduct user research, analyze user behavior, and gather insights to enhance the overall user experience.
- **Wireframing & Prototyping**: Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and user flows to communicate design ideas.
- **UI Design**: Develop visually appealing interfaces, ensuring consistency in design elements like typography, color schemes, and layouts.
- **User Testing**: Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with developers, product teams, and stakeholders to align design solutions with business objectives.
- **Design System & Guidelines**: Maintain and contribute to the company’s design system, ensuring brand consistency.
- **Responsive & Adaptive Design**: Create designs that are optimized for various devices and screen sizes.
- **Stay Updated**: Keep up with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices to ensure modern and innovative designs.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing design work.
- Proficiency in design tools such as **Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar**.
- Understanding of **HTML, CSS, and JavaScript** is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of **user-centered design principles** and best practices.
- Experience with **usability testing and user research methodologies**.
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively communicate design concepts.
- Attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
