**Job Description**:
We are looking for enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Executives to join our growing fitness team. Whether you're just starting your career or bringing years of experience, this is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic and health-focused environment. As a Sales Executive, you will play a vital role in promoting our fitness programs, converting leads into members, and supporting our mission to build a healthier community.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and engage with walk-in clients and visitors

Handle incoming leads via calls, messages, and walk-ins

Understand client needs and recommend suitable membership packages

Explain services, programs, and promotions clearly and effectively

Follow up on leads and maintain customer records

Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets

Coordinate with the fitness team to ensure smooth onboarding of new members

Handle payment processing and ensure accurate documentation

Maintain a positive and professional image of the brand
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 12th pass (graduate preferred)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Passion for fitness and healthy living

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required

Goal-oriented and self-motivated

Basic knowledge of computers and CRM tools is a plus
