**Job Summary**:
As an Interior Designer at Lekha Interiors, you will play a key role in conceptualizing, designing, and executing interior spaces that exceed client expectations. Collaborating closely with clients, architects, and vendors, you will translate design visions into tangible, functional, and visually stunning environments. Your creativity, technical expertise, and passion for design will drive the success of our projects and contribute to the growth and reputation of our firm.

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Conceptualization and Design Development**:

- Work closely with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
- Develop innovative design concepts that align with client objectives, brand identity, and project requirements.
- Create mood boards, sketches, and renderings to effectively communicate design ideas to clients and project stakeholders.

**2. Space Planning and Layout Design**:

- Conduct thorough space analysis and site assessments to optimize spatial functionality and flow.
- Develop detailed floor plans, furniture layouts, and elevation drawings that maximize space utilization and enhance usability.

**3. Material and Finish Selection**:

- Research and source materials, finishes, furnishings, and accessories that align with design concepts, budget parameters, and project timelines.
- Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and craftsmen to procure high-quality materials and products that meet project specifications and design standards.

**4. Project Management and Coordination**:

- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of design solutions.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to facilitate seamless integration of design elements into construction and renovation projects.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress, address issues, and maintain quality control throughout the design implementation process.

**5. Client Communication and Relationship Management**:

- Cultivate strong client relationships through clear communication, responsiveness, and professionalism.
- Present design concepts, proposals, and recommendations to clients in a persuasive and engaging manner.
- Solicit feedback, address concerns, and manage expectations to ensure client satisfaction and project success.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in interior design, preferably with a reputable design firm or agency.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and rendering tools.
- Strong understanding of design principles, space planning, building codes, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented approach with a focus on quality, craftsmanship, and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices and green building standards is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
